**READ MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS**

Specifications:

- 78mm wide (74mm inside to inside bracket measurement)
- Includes 3/8 rod extended mounting rod with predrilled hole for normal stock body mounting with bumper.
- Steel construction - Hand Made/Welded.

Mounting instructions:

- Bumper mounts against the frame rails, sandwiched between frame rails and plastic inner fenders. 
-Extended mounting rod included. Body pin should be inserted from the bottom with the long end sticking up through the slot on the plastic mount to keep it in place. 
-For extra tight fit, use a dab of Shoe Goo or E6000 Clear Adhesive between the frame rail and the bracket, and screwing down tight with a nut, and let sit overnight.

**Please Note: Our finish options provide a superficial coating and will scratch/chip under normal use. Pros/cons of each can be found below:

-Flat Black: not as susceptible to chips

-Raw Steel: We recommend a raw steel finish if you intend to coat with a harder finish on your own.

SCX10iii Jeep CJ-7 winch bumper

Product looks great!!
Had to do some fabrication to bumper to make it fit
It must not have been test fitted after welding was done
I had to grind down left side where it fits inside the frame, bumper would not slide in far enough to insert bolts, it was hitting the bend in the frame.
I also had to drill out washers used to attach body, holes were not large enough to allow body posts to slide into place to secure body
I hope this information helps out, to prevent future issues.
I’m a huge fan of scalerfab and I have had nothing but great success with your products

For extra tight fit, use a dab of Shoe Goo or E6000 Clear Adhesive between the frame rail and the bracket, and screwing down tight with a nut, and let sit overnight. ScalerFab Offers a Lifetime Warranty on all of our Trail Armor. We warranty against breakage and bending of non-modified Bumpers, Rock Sliders, Roof Racks, Hitches, etc.
