FAQ/Returns

FAQ's:

1. How long will my order take to produce?

     A. Current production time runs approx. 14+ Business Days for Trail Armor. All other accessories, brackets and apparel are ready to ship. Due to the custom nature of our business, all Trail Armor items are made-to-order. We highly recommend checking with some of our online dealers for in-stock items prior to ordering.

 

2. Can I return my item?

    A. ScalerFab has a Lifetime Warranty Program. If your item is damaged upon arrival or fails under normal use, we will repair or replace your item for not additional cost. Please return items to:

Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund. Trail Armor orders may be returned for a refund provided they are in new/unused/unmodified condition within 30 days of receipt. Returns will be processed for refund, less a restocking fee of $5 (to cover initial shipping cost). Management reserves all rights. 

 

3. Do you Sponsor Events?

    A. We give away over $10,000 in sponsorship prizes every year. If you have an upcoming event you would like us to sponsor, please send details to orders@scalerfab.com Details should include: Event name, date, current sponsors, event structure (i.e. classes, etc), expected attendance, advertising, and any other information that will allow us to create an appropriate prize package.

 

4. Are you accepting Team Drivers?

    A. At this time, we have selected our 2017 Team ScalerFab Drivers. Each year around December we put the call out on our facebook page (www.facebook.com/scalerfab) so stay tuned for next year!
