• Do you have expedited shipping options?

We do offer Priority Mail shipping for a reduced fee ($7.50) which can get your package to you 1-3 days faster, and includes up to $50 insurance. However, this does not decrease the current estimated production time, which still remains in effect. See the header bar on our webpage for production time updates.

• How do I track the status of an order?

If you fill in either your phone number or email at checkout, you will receive a system-generated email message once a shipping label is created for your order that includes tracking information and estimate ship date.

• How often do you ship?

We ship as often as necessary, often making several trips to the post office each week to drop off orders.

• If I need to expedite my order will I still receive free shipping?

No, the free shipping option is through USPS First Class Mail and arrives within 3-5 business days (baring any unforeseen delays, which would be out of our control)/

• Where does ScalerFab ship?

We ship to almost every country and place on the planet. Shipping is FREE in the US, but we also offer discounted international rates. You can check the estimate shipping charges using the calculator at the bottom of the cart page.
